Refund Policy

How do I know if an item is eligible for a return?
It is our endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.

However, you are eligible for a product replacement if you do receive a damaged or incorrect product.
In such a scenario, requests within 7 working days of the package having been delivered will be accepted.

If you require a product to be replaced, please ensure the following:
Details such as order number, images of the damaged product, etc. or any other customer concerns need to be emailed to naturalreserves2023@gmail.com
Please provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect products received.
In the case of a defect in the product in terms of its quality, the authorised representatives of Small Batch shall evaluate the request and on inspection thereon, shall re-ship the replacement if and only if there is a defect in the product in terms of its quality per se.
In certain extreme cases, you can also be eligible for a refund on damaged or spoiled products received; subject to the above-mentioned conditions being met.
What is the process to get a replacement or refund?
You need to inform us by email at naturalreserves2023@gmail.com within 7 working days of the parcel having been delivered, stating the reason for the replacement or refund and with your order number as the subject line. If we are not informed within 7 working days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.
Please await a mail confirmation from our end to initiate the replacement.
For all valid claims, the money will be refunded within 1 month from the date of the request being initiated.
